doing pretty good

i think this is my first post here. this is my first week of actually beginning training. it feels really good.

last week:
sunday - short 25 minute run
monday - 1500m swim (focus on arm pull - ouch!)
200m warmup
5x 100m with 1' rest
200m choice
5x 100m with 1' rest
200m choice
tues - off
wed - run with running club (35 minutes)
thurs - swim 1600m (same workout as monday)
friday - short run (25 minutes)
saturday - 45 minute run

now if only i could get motivated to bike on my wind trainer....
