When i was doing biceps after doing free weight bench, my arms got extreme tight and were huge and bulding. I had to relax just so my arms wouldn't feel like iron stiff. I could move my arms and lift, but it was as if the muscle was pushing inward on itself and making it hard like a rock. After doing some triceps and other lifts, my arms returned to normal.
Is it just because I was a bit low on water intake?
